Adult ADHD Assessments

Compassionate, evidence-based ADHD assessments grounded in lived experience and clinical expertise. I’m here to guide you through the process with understanding, clarity, and care.

Why Choose Me?

Finding the Right Fit Matters

Looking for an ADHD assessment can feel overwhelming, especially with so many private providers out there. I’ve been through the process myself, and I know how disheartening it can be when you don’t feel seen or understood. That’s why I aim to offer something different—clear, compassionate support tailored to you.

Lived Experience Meets Professional Expertise

I’ve been supporting children, teens, and adults with ADHD for nearly 10 years. My approach is shaped by a combination of clinical training, neurodiversity-affirming practice, and personal experience.
I use a robust, person-centred assessment process that follows NICE guidelines and the Adult ADHD Assessment Quality Assurance Standards (AQAS) in accordance with the UK Adult ADHD Network quality framework.

I am registered with HCPC and hold full insurance.

What to Expect

A Four-Session Assessment

ADHD looks different in everyone. That’s why I offer assessments across four in-person sessions, instead of trying to fit everything into one. This gives space for a fuller picture—and recognises that how we show up can vary from day to day.

Before we meet, you’ll receive a set of questionnaires to complete in your own time. There’s no pressure to have all the answers right away, and you won’t be put on the spot.

Optional Medication Support

If you receive a diagnosis and want to explore medication, I’m partnered with an experienced prescriber. Your report will be accepted for prescribing purposes, and we can arrange a separate medication review if that’s a route you’d like to take.

The Process

  1. Initial Call – No pressure, just a chance to talk things through

  2. Screener – £250 (deducted from assessment if you move forward)

  3. Full Assessment – Two clinic sessions

  4. Diagnostic Report

  5. Post-assessment discussion: A follow up session to discuss your results and options for next steps, including therapeutic/psychoeducational support and medication

  6. Referral to Medications Team – If you choose

Pricing

ADHD Assessment – £1200
(Includes report and optional post-diagnosis recommendations)
Medication Review (Optional) – They charge an initial fee of £250
(Separate from assessment fee)
